Saute Vegetables Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) low-fat Italian salad dressing
    1 (8 oz.) water
    1 to 2 lb. California Blend frozen vegetables
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    1 small summer squash, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large or 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Put water, Italian dressing and California Blend in a large saucepan.
    Cook until vegetables are almost done.
    Add the squash, zucchini, onions and tomatoes to vegetables.
    Cook for 5 minutes more.
    Serve over a bed of rice.
