Nuria'S Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breast fillets
    1/2 large onion
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 small can early English peas
    1/2 c. oil
    3 c. water
    1 c. rice
    saffron to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken in large chunks and saute in oil with chopped onion and garlic salt.
    Add 1 cup water and heat to boiling.
