24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can pitted cherries, drained
    2 (13 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained and halved (reserve 2 Tbsp. syrup for dressing)
    3 oranges, pared, sectioned and cut up or 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange segments
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    Old Fashioned Fruit Dressing (recipe to follow)
Preparation
    Mix fruit and marshmallows.
    Prepare fruit dressing.
