Dilly Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pt. size sterilize jars
    2 lbs. small fresh green beans
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 large cloves garlic (one for each jar)
    4 c. water
    1/3 c. pickling salt (Kosher)
    2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Stem beans, pack in hot sterile jars;
    add pepper, garlic, sprague of dill;
    heat water, salt and vinegar to a boil.
    Pour over beans and spices in jars;
    seal in a hot water bath:
    when done put jars in corner away from drafts;
    cover with a towel.
