Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Fill jars with
melons (cantaloups) and set aside until syrup is made.
Pour off
all
juice
that has formed in jars. Heat sugar, water and
vinegar.
Fill
jars
with
syrup
and process 10 to 12 minutes.
Do not use overripe melons.
