Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 sticks oleo
12 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation

Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix other ingredients and pour in pan.
Do not stir in with oleo.
It will be thick and hard to pour.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Can add grated Cheddar cheese to mixture, if desired.
