Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cold, cut-up, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. cut-up celery
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
4 cut-up, hard-cooked eggs
Preparation

Toss together chicken, celery, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix in mayonnaise.
Carefully fold in hard-cooked eggs.
