Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound ground chuck or ground turkey
Pam
6 green onions, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 (28 oz) cans low sodium tomatoes, chopped
2 (8 oz) cans low sodium tomato paste
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 teaspoons Morton Lite Salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation

In dutch oven or 5 quart pot. Brown meat with pam until done. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Stir vegetables and remaining ingredients
in pot. Cook on low for 3 hours covered.
