Easy Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 large, ripe tomatoes
    4 red peppers, seeded and chopped
    4 green peppers, seeded and chopped
    1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground cloves
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    12 onions, sliced
    4 yellow peppers, seeded and chopped
    4 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Scald, peel, core and crush tomatoes.
    Add all ingredients together in a large, heavy pot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Spoon into hot, sterile jars and seal/process according to manufacturer's directions or with wax. Makes about 12 quarts.
