Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour, stirring until mixture becomes foamy, but not brown. Add milk; continue stirring to insure smoothness.
    Cook until mixture thickens.
    Can be doubled depending on amount of potatoes.
