Vegetable Quiche Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen pie crusts, thawed
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with pie crusts.
Sprinkle vegetables, cheese and bacon over crust.
Beat remaining ingredients.
Pour into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes before cutting. Yields 24 appetizer squares.
