Mexican Turkey And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 1/2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
    garlic to taste (fresh chopped)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine cornbread mixture, butter and water in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Spread half of mixture into a greased 11 x 14-inch baking dish.
