Cheese-Filled Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breast halves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    all-purpose flour
    butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking/dry white wine
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    parsley sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts to about 1/8-inch thickness.
    Cut in serving size pieces.
    On waxed paper, mix salt with 3 tablespoons flour.
    Coat chicken cutlets with flour mixture.
