Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2/3 c. oil
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. white sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix together flour, 2 cups of sugar, cocoa, 1 teaspoon of salt and soda.
Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla.
Fill cupcake paper with mixture to 2/3 full.
