Country Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices firm white bread
    2 1/2 c. cooked, cubed ham
    16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. onion powder
    3 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread and cut slices in half.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Layer as follows:
    1/2 of bread, 1/2 of ham, 1/2 of each of cheeses.
    Repeat layers.
    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Pour over layers.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
    Combine cornflakes and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cover loosely with foil to prevent overbrowning.
    Let stand 10 minutes and cut into squares.
