Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thick white sauce
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, remove bones
    4 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Mix together white sauce, salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Beat egg white very stiff; fold into mixture. Pour into casserole dish or souffle dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and toothpick comes out clean. Approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
