Dried Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. white beans
    2 lb. beef, cut up
    1 lb. bacon
    celery
    celery seed
Preparation
    Soak 2 quarts of white beans overnight.
    Cut 2 pounds of beef up and along with bones put in a soup pot with a pound of bacon. Bring to boil and skim off scum.
    Add a little celery and pounded celery seed.
    Cook until all is done and then strain through colander.
    Enjoy.
