Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach or 1 lb. fresh spinach
1 c. hot cooked rice (can use instant)
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. grated cheese or Cheez Whiz
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook spinach; drain and chop.
Mix hot, cooked rice with cheese, onion and butter so that it blends, then fold in spinach. Turn into casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
