Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag for shaking.
    Moisten potatoes with water.
    Shake a few at a time in bag, coating potatoes well.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Place potatoes in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once during baking.
