Sausage A La Calato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. Italian sausage
    2 medium Irish potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 toes garlic, chopped
    1 (No. 2) can green peas
    6 oz. beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut sausage in 4-inch links. Place in square baking pan. Add onion, potatoes, peas and garlic. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and bouillon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until sausage is done. Serves 8.
