Sauteed Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 medium-size yellow squash, sliced
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 small tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
    Add garlic and onion; cook until onion is transparent, stirring constantly.
    Add green pepper; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add yellow squash and zucchini; cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes, basil and pepper; cover and cook about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings (about 55 calories per serving).
