Sweet And Sour Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
Preparation

Shape sausage in small balls.
Fry at medium heat until golden brown.
Drain well on paper towels.
Pour off grease.
Return sausage to skillet.
Add catsup, brown sugar, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Just before serving, add drained pineapple chunks.
Place in chafing dish.
Serve hot. Yields 5 dozen.
