Sunday Steaks And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    margarine
    minced garlic or powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Line a large, heavy baking pan with foil.
    Place potatoes and carrots on foil.
    Salt and pepper.
    Add round steak.
    Dot with margarine and sprinkle with garlic.
    Salt and pepper.
    Wrap tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
