Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or 2 cans mixed vegetables
    1 can garden peas
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery (do not cook)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables and drain.
    Mix vegetables, onions, celery, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Put in a greased casserole dish. Cover with 1 package of crushed Ritz crackers mixed with 1 stick butter or margarine (melted).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
