Cabbage Pudding("Kal Pudding") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage (about 2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    14 oz. minced beef
    7 oz. minced pork
    1 large onion
    2 boiled potatoes
    2 1/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. finely ground bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt and black pepper after taste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 390\u00b0F/200\u00b0C.
    Mince the cabbage head (except the coarse parts).
    Parboil in salted water; pour off water.
    Mince the onion and mash the potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients for the filling, except bread crumbs and butter.
    Flavor with salt and pepper.
