Baked Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low-fat (1.5%) buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. 3 oz. chicken parts, skin removed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish, combine all ingredients, except chicken, until blended.
Add chicken and turn each piece several times to coat.
Bake, turning twice, until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
