Vegetable Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    1 small can mushrooms
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 bag frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Fry onion and mushrooms in margarine.
    Add undiluted soup and simmer.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Meanwhile, cook broccoli and drain, and cook rice and drain.
