Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel (optional)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. baking powder
powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation

Set oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat margarine with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds.
Add 1/4 cup of the sugar. Beat until combined.
Beat in the one cup flour until crumbly.
