Ribs In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 racks ribs
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash or 2 hot sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. ketchup
    2 onions, sliced
Preparation
    Parboil ribs.
    Place in heavy Dutch oven.
    Cover with sliced onions.
    Mix remaining ingredients together in a small pan; bring to boil.
    Pour over ribs.
    Cover.
    Cook on low 2 to 3 hours or until tender.
