Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. ripe chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 c. diced onions
2 c. chopped sweet peppers
1 1/2 c. chopped hot peppers
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 30 minutes. Fill jars.
Seal.
Process 30 minutes in hot water bath.
