Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 - 4 good size green tomatoes
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Wash tomatoes (do not peel). Slice 1/2 inch thick.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dip slices in milk then in flour.
Dip in beaten egg, then in dry bread crumbs.
Fry in 10 inch skillet in hot oil over medium heat.
Cook about 4 minutes, brown on each side turning once.
