Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cut broccoli
    25 Ritz crackers
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cool broccoli; drain.
    Melt 1/2 stick butter and Velveeta. Toss the well drained broccoli into the cheese mix.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Top with Ritz cracker topping.
