Soft Top Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. hot mashed potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 pt. warm milk
    2 beaten eggs
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in milk.
    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Rub the surface with vegetable oil.
    Leave in warm place until double in bulk, about 3 hours.
    Form into rolls the size of pullet eggs.
    Place in large greased muffin pans.
    Let rise until double. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
