Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Grease pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth for 1 minute in blender or on high for 2 minutes with electric beaters.
Pour into pie plate and bake for 50 to 55 minutes until knife comes out clean.
