Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Salt chicken and boil until tender.
Cool; remove from bones and cut into bite size pieces.
Mix chicken broth, soup and cream cheese together.
Melt butter and pour over cracker crumbs.
Layer crackers in bottom of a baking dish, then the soup mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
