Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. Dijon or other dark mustard
    10 c. beef broth or 10 bouillon cubes plus 10 c. water
    4 large onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    Swiss cheese
    bread slices
Preparation
    Slice onions and saute until light brown; add flour, mustard and seasonings.
    Carefully add water or broth.
    Simmer for at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours or more.
    To serve, place soup in bowls; add slices of bread and cheese.
    Microwave each serving until cheese melts.
