Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick (1/2 c.) melted margarine
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) softened margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
4 ( or more) large bananas
1 (13 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip
nuts and sliced maraschino cherries
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine.
Mix thoroughly. Press firmly in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
In a large mixer bowl place confectioners sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla.
Beat for 20 minutes.
Don't underbeat.
Spread mixture over graham cracker crust.
Spread pineapple over creamed mixture.
