No Knead Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water in cup. Combine milk, sugar, shortening and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add 1 cup flour and beat well.
    Beat in yeast and 1 egg, slightly beaten.
    Gradually add remaining 2 1/2 cups flour to the soft dough, beating well. Cover and let rise until double.
    Oil your hands and shape into balls.
    Put in greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
