Chicken Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. cut up chicken
    1 lb. red potatoes cut into chunks
    1/2 to 3/4 cup italian salad dressing
    1 tbsp. italian seasoning
    1/2 to 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
    Arrange potatoes around chicken.
    Drizzle with dressing.
    Sprinkle italian seasoning and parmesan cheese on top.
    Cover and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes longer until potatoes are tender and chicken juices run clear.
