Make Ahead Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 slices bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. shredded cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.
    Drain fat well.
    Spread bread cubes in buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Top with sausage and cheese; combine eggs, milk and seasoning.
    Beat well.
    Pour over cheese and sausage.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Remove and bake for 30 or 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
