Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic
1 large can Italian tomatoes
3 basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato paste
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/8 c. milk
1 beaten egg
3 tsp. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place olive oil in saucepan.
Add onion and garlic; brown slightly.
Add tomatoes, basil leaves, salt, pepper and tomato paste; simmer for 2 hours.
