Extra Special Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. rice (not Minute rice)
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cut-up seasoned chicken pieces
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Put 3 bouillon cubes in boiling water (works better if you crushed them in a baggie first); add to melted butter in pan.
    Add chopped onion and pepper; add rice and then blend in the soup.
    Put seasoned chicken pieces on top and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
