Steph'S Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken thighs
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 c. brown rice
    4 to 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 carrots
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. green beans
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. cayenne
    1 bay leaf
    3 tsp. Mrs. Dash lemon herb
Preparation
    Boil thighs with 1 teaspoon salt and bay leaf in soup pot until done.
    Debone and chop chicken and add back to soup pot.
    Add 3 or 4 drumstick bones back to soup pot (adds flavor).
    Add brown rice and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add celery, carrots, green beans and stewed tomatoes.
    Simmer 15 minutes more.
    Add seasonings; stir.
    Remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes.
    Stir and serve.
    Fabulous on a cold winter day with a fresh loaf of bread!
