Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. finely chopped and peeled apples
2 c. sugar
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Soak the apples and sugar together for 1 hour.
Sift together the flour, soda and salt.
Add the pecans to the dry ingredients. Combine all ingredients.
Bake for 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 if in glass pans).
Makes 2 loaves or 1 tube cake.
