Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. peeled and chopped fresh pears
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a large pan.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.
Continue cooking for about 30 to 40 minutes or until cranberries are tender and the mixture has thickened.
Makes about 1 1/2 pints.
