Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans chili beans
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 small onion
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Add 2 tablespoons flour to beef and onion.
    Add chili beans, tomato juice, chili powder and enough water to make juice.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
