Company Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage (about 1 3/4 lb.), coarsely chopped
    1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 medium apples, diced
    1 1/2 c. grated carrot
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
    1 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped and drained
    1 c. onion (medium), chopped
    1 c. green sweet bell pepper (for color, add a little yellow and red bell pepper)
    1 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise (Duke's preferably)
    1 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Mix cornbread with remaining ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
