Quick French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Knorr onion soup mix
1/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices French bread

Preparation

Prepare soup per package directions.
Slowly add grated cheese, stirring to melt cheese.
Add the egg slowly, stirring well.
Remove from heat and pour into 4 soup bowls.
Top with slice of cheese and bread.
Place under broiler until browned and cheese is melted.
