Spicy Crab Dip - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/8 c. vodka
1/2 lb. crab meat, flaked
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and vodka; beat until smooth.
Stir in crab, cheese, onions, horseradish and pepper. Chill to blend flavors.
Serve with crackers.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
