Herbed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. apple juice
    1 tsp. honey
    1/2 c. parsley leaves
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Whirl until the mixture is smooth.
    Place in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
    Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
    Shake well before using.
